As per the institutional and financial structure approved by the Government of India of industrial corridor projects in the country, State Governments are to make land available for the projects as their equity.

State Governments as per their convenience and suitability adopt different processes like land pooling, negotiated purchase, through Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement (LARR) Act, for land acquisition required for the projects. Hence, the area of the availability of land in a particular node/city depends on the concerned State Government.

State-wise, project-wise, the node-wise status of land acquisition, the area required (identified for development), are available and land required to be acquired by the concerned State Government are mentioned in Annexure.

As the land required for the project is the responsibility of concerned State Governments, the question of the proposal to purchase land by the Government of India does not arise.

Identification of specific industrial zones which was approved as per the masterplan zones in case of UDAs (Urban development authorities), Municipalities, Metropolitan Zones & Other ULBs (urban local bodies) from the sanctioned master plan zones of state government.

As per the NALA Conversion Act 2015 the lands are classified for the purpose of agricultural now it has to be converted for specific reason like residential, Commercial & Industrial purposes.

With reference to the FMBs (Field Measurement Book), Land plans & RVMs (revenue village maps) verification on the ground accordingly undertake the survey of the land boundaries.

As per the proposed acquired lands for registration purpose we have to prepare the schedules as per the land records to the registration of the documents.

After completion of Survey & Land Registration records will be mutated in the favor of owner to be mutated in revenue records.
